The aesthetics industry is full of talent. What it's missing is infrastructure real education, real access, and real community for the people doing the work.
EPIDRM was born from firsthand knowledge of what's missing: estheticians who can't afford quality advanced education, communities left out of the beauty conversation entirely, and professionals who are brilliant at their craft but have no platform to grow into their full potential.
We're building that platform. Right here in Detroit. And we're building it to last.

We believe that skin education should be accessible — not gatekept by cost or geography. That estheticians deserve the same level of industry investment as any other beauty professional. That the communities most often left out of the beauty economy have the most to offer it.
